A woman of many words whose work is among the most recognizable in contemporary art, Jenny Holzer brings her brilliantly mixed messages to Philadelphia's own "masterpiece in progress:" the newly named Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. Running continuously during the Republican National Convention, specially selected excerpts from Holzer's Truisms and Survival series are writ large on the construction site of The Kimmel Center, thanks to a six-by-twenty-foot screen facing north on the corner of Broad and Spruce Streets.
