Please use this form to request Student Matinee Tickets, or call the Education Department at 215-790-5896. We will issue a contract to the contact person. Full payment must be received at least four weeks prior to the date of the performance.

A minimum deposit of 20% may be submitted with the signed contract for performances in Spring 2008. Acceptable forms of payment are check (school or personal), money order, Visa, American Express, or MasterCard. If the preferred payment options are not immediately available, a school purchase order may be submitted.
