For hot nights and cool music, make the Kimmel Center your summer destination! The season officially launches on Saturday, June 21 with the return of the annual Summer Solstice Celebration, an all-day, all-night music spectacular. July heats up with Global Grooves, a series of four world-music dance parties. Cool off at our Summer Organ Recitals with the rich sounds of the Fred J. Cooper Memorial Organ. At the Academy of Music, Broadway sizzles with The Color Purple, Mamma Mia! and Monty Python’s Spamalot!
