Jerry Blavat Kicks Off Thanksgiving Weekend with Traditional "Turkey Trot" at The Kimmel Center

Everyone knows that the day before Thanksgiving is the biggest party night of the year in Philadelphia so who better than Philadelphia icon Jerry Blavat to throw the dance party of the year? This year, the Geater brings his traditional pre-Thanksgiving Turkey Trot "with a host of outstanding performers" to The Kimmel Center on Wednesday, November 27 at 8pm.

After the overwhelming success of last summer Wednesday night dance parties, The Kimmel Center is opening up Commonwealth Plaza once again for a night of non-stop dancing and music. Jerry Blavat’s Turkey Trot Dance Party will feature such treasures as Danny and the Juniors, Barbara Mason, Billy Harner, Billy Paul and The Crests. Also heating up the stage will be The Geator Gold Dancers.
