Citizens Bank Broadway at the Academy Adds Three More Shows!
Tickets for Jackie Mason Freshly Squeezed; Evita; Tim Conway & Harvey Korman: Together Again Are on Sale Beginning September 1

The Kimmel Center Presents Citizens Bank Broadway at the Academy series is offering three additional shows to the 2004-05 theater season.

Tickets, currently on sale for subscribers only, will go on general public sale beginning Sept. 1 for Jackie Mason Freshly Squeezed (Nov. 17 – 21), Tim Conway & Harvey Korman: Together Again (March 31, 2005), and Evita (June 20 – 26, 2005).

Jackie Mason Freshly Squeezed is jam-packed with pungent social satire and insightful observations on the foibles of modern life. This hilarious, all new production is delivered with Mason’s signature impeccable timing and has audiences laughing until they cry! Ticket prices range from $25 to $75.

Best known for their decade of comedy on the wildly popular Carol Burnett Show, Tim Conway and Harvey Korman will share the concert stage once more with their new touring production Tim Conway & Harvey Korman: Together Again. Ticket prices range from $30 to $75.

Directed by Harold Prince and the winner of seven Tony Awards, Evita brings to life the dynamic persona of Argentina’s Eva Peron. Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical masterpiece will make its Academy of Music debut. Ticket prices range from $25 to $75.

Citizens Bank Broadway at the Academy 2004-2005 subscription packages are on sale now and feature six Broadway musicals beginning in September including The King and I (Sept. 7 – 12), Big River (Nov. 23 – 28), Disney’s On the Record (Jan. 5 – 9, 2005), Peter Pan (March22 – 27, 2005), Smokey Joe’s Café (April 1 – 3, 2005), and Riverdance (April 5 – 10, 2005).

In addition, a “Choose 3” subscription plan is also available offering ticket buyers a 20 % discount and a variety of exclusive benefits by purchasing tickets for any three of the eight available shows at the Academy.
