Postponed: Rennie Harris Puremovement

The Kimmel Center Presents performances of Rennie Harris Puremovement in Perelman Theater scheduled for Friday, February 2, Saturday, February 3, and Sunday February 4, have been postponed. The replacement dates are Wednesday, June 20, Thursday, June 21, and Friday, June 22.

A retelling of Shakespeare's
tragic love story "Romeo and Juliet" from a
hip-hop perspective. The show will begin with a preview of a work in progress entitled "Princescarekrows Road to Da Emerald City," with music by System of a Down, Tom Waits, Parliament Funkadelic, and Break Water.

Ticket Holders have the following options:
1. Retain your current ticket for the rescheduled performance. All tickets purchased from the original date will be honored at that time. Kimmel Center Presents will notify each ticket holder with the rescheduled date as soon as possible.
2. Exchange your ticket for another Kimmel Center Presents concert during the 2006-2007 season. Please bring the ticket to our Box Office during normal business hours (10am - 6pm daily) or mail it to us with your choice of concert and seating area as well as your credit card number. If the exchange concert seating you choose is higher in price than your current ticket, your credit card will be billed the difference. If the exchange is lower, your card will be credited. Please note: if you paid cash for the ticket you can only exchange it in person at the Box Office.
3. Donate your ticket to the Kimmel Center. Your donation will be a gift to the Kimmel Center and help us cover the costs of presenting more extraordinary performances throughout the year. The face value of the ticket may be deductible on your taxes. Please bring the ticket to the Box Office or mail it with instructions to credit your donation.
4. Receive a Full Refund. Come to the Box Office with your ticket or mail it to us with your request for a refund. Refunds are made in the same manner as the original payment. Once again, cash purchases require that you bring the ticket in person to the Box Office to receive a refund. Deadline for refunds is March 1, 2007.
