Kimmel Center Introduces Holiday Season with Entertainment Stimulus Plan

$10 Discount on 10 Upcoming Shows at the Kimmel Center and the Academy of Music
Tough economic times have you pulling your purse strings a bit tighter? Ease any worries away this holiday season as the Kimmel Center says "thank you" to loyal patrons with an Entertainment Stimulus Plan. Patrons can enjoy a night out on the town with friends and family at Philadelphia’s premiere performing arts center with a $10 discount on 10 upcoming shows at the Kimmel Center and the Academy of Music. From classical to Broadway, bluegrass to world music, there is something for every arts lover to enjoy.
To take advantage of the $10 discount offer, patrons must provide the promo code: KIMMEL10 when purchasing tickets. This limited-time offer expires December 10, 2008 and is non-transferrable, cannot be combined with other offers, and does not apply to subscription packages or prior ticket purchases. The discount is not valid on Parquet Circle or VIP seating at the Academy of Music.
Everyone can access the arts this holiday season, free of budgetary constraints, by:
- Taking advantage of the Kimmel Center’s ongoing Free at the Kimmel events. Over 90 events are presented each year, from local artist performances, to organ postludes, family-friendly events, artist chats and educational events. - Rushing to the Kimmel Center to purchase $10 rush tickets on the day of the concert. A limited number of $10 tickets are available for every Kimmel Center Presents performance. Tickets can be purchased at the Kimmel Center box office beginning at 5:30pm for evening shows and 11:30am for matinees. *Limit one ticket per person.
- Gathering the troops for $10 subsidized tickets offered to schools, community organizations, faith-based and social service groups, for a variety of performances.
