Chef Garces will bring his innovative and popular culinary techniques to the Kimmel Center, Academy of Music, and the Merriam Theater. Patrons can pair world-class performing arts experiences with cocktails and snacks prepared by Garces’ team of experienced and artful chefs. Garces concessions will be available to guests at the PECO Bar, the PECO Annex Bar, and satellite bars at the Academy of Music and the Merriam Theater.

Pre-show Orders
The Kimmel Center has introduced a special pre-show ordering feature. For your convenience, you may request your order in person at the PECO or Annex Bar up to 90 minutes before performances in Verizon Hall and one hour before Perelman Theater performances. Enjoy your pre-ordered selections during intermission.
Both bars open 90 minutes before Verizon Hall performances and PECO Café opens one hour before Perelman Theater performances.
