Pennsylvania Ballet’s 2007/2008 Season features an exhilarating line-up of treasured favorites and radiant premieres! Just in time for Halloween, the chilling, electrifying Dracula comes to the Academy of Music! During the holiday season, we’ll unveil an all-new and truly magical Nutcracker, featuring freshly-minted, colorful costumes and sumptuous sets. The rest of the season will charm you with a spectacular mix of ballets, such as the company premiere of Messiah, choreographed to Handel’s celebrated score. For the finale, we will unleash Christopher Wheeldon’s Carnival of the Animals, a wildly imaginative ballet for children and for the child in all of us!
