The Philadelphia Orchestra Group Sales Office has put together overnight stay packages as part of the 2008 Bernstein Festival.

Participate in a special day designed for student or adult groups to experience the music of The Philadelphia Orchestra and much more.  Take a tour of the home of the Orchestra, The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. Afterwards enjoy a delicious meal served at Cadence Restaurant under the famed Kimmel Center glass dome.  The day culminates in a beautiful Orchestra concert. Spend the night at one of our special hotel partners and the next day, take a tour of the renowned Philadelphia Museum of Art or the National Constitution Center. Buy the entire package, or mix and match features to create your unique Philadelphia experience.

Groups of 10 or more save at least 10% off regular ticket prices for subscription and special event concerts. 

• Groups receive priority seating.
• No reservation fee or deposit is required at the time you place your order. 
• You can change your group size up to a month before your concert date. 

Insider information - Enhance your experience:

• Pre-Concert Conversations:  Join members of the Orchestra before every subscription concert to hear various music personalities discuss the evening’s program.  
• Postlude Recitals:  Free to all concert ticket holders – held after select concerts – features orchestra members or guest artist.
• Meet and Mingles: Get a chance to meet and spend time with Orchestra musicians following select concerts.

Seniors
Our group sales office understands the joy of a day trip to hear The Philadelphia Orchestra.  We also understand the time, planning, and special needs some groups require and we want to make this experiance memorable and as easy as possible for group leaders involved. We can arrange for discounted tickets for a variety of seating locations and dates.  To add to your experience we also offer information on tours of The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and dining packages at wonderful nearby restaurants. 

Verizon Hall is completely ADA compliant, with ample wheelchair seating.  Wireless headsets for the hearing impaired and large print subscription concert programs can also be made available upon request. 

Corporate Groups
Have your next client cultivation night or company event with The Philadelphia Orchestra.  Nothing makes a better impression for your company than partnering with one of the world’s premier musical ensembles.  You will receive preferred seating for your guests and have the opportunity to take advantage of some of the most vibrant spaces in Philadelphia for your pre- or post-concert event at the Kimmel Center.  Restaurant Associates at the Kimmel Center will provide the catering.  Whether simply cocktails before the concert for an intimate group or a lavish full dinner party for 200, they provide excellent service.

Students
The Philadelphia Orchestra is committed to providing opportunities for students to experience classical music at its finest.  We make seats for our regular concerts available for as little as $10.  We also realize that in order to make the concert experience educational and enjoyable there’s more that we can do than just present a concert.  Become a part of our “Group Loop” E-Newsletter and receive e-mail newsletters about upcoming performances, news, group discounts, and promotions.  

Tour Groups and Conventions
The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts is Philadelphia’s premier cultural tourist destination. Furthermore, the Orchestra is a member of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitor Bureau and has been working with tour groups and conventions for years, so you’ll find us a great resource if you have any questions putting together your itinerary.
