The Philadelphia Orchestra can arrange for first-time partners to receive a free transmission (with no obligation). In addition, we seek long-term involvement in the Global Concert Series and if you are experimenting with new equipment or a new venue, and find that our test video (available 24/7) is not able to satisfactorily determine results, then we would also be pleased to provide a free transmission.
The Global Concert Series is fully supported with live and online technology support, resources for publicity and communications, along with program notes for each concert and online discussion resources.
Low-cost multicast fees, based on the size of your venue, give you the opportunity to cover your costs and also earn incremental revenues. The Orchestra’s fees help to defray the cost of producing the live concert multicast.
