Jay Francis is a Managing Director of J.P. Morgan’s Corporate Client Banking Group in Philadelphia where he has client coverage responsibilities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Jay started the Philadelphia Office in 2006 building a successful Team of local bankers. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Jay worked in the Northeast Region primarily covering healthcare businesses. During his time at J.P. Morgan, he has provided guidance to his corporate clients and worked on initial public offerings, convertible debt, secured and unsecured financing in the syndicated and capital markets, leveraged loans and risk management to help clients meet their strategic goals.
Mr. Francis holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of New Haven and a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Mr. Francis has been a member of the Kimmel Center's Board of Directors since 2006. He currently is part of the Kimmel Board's Executive Committee and is the Board's Treasurer.
