Ed Lovelidge, a 32-year veteran in Philadelphia directs the strategy and operations of PwC in the Philadelphia Metro region, which includes the firm’s offices in Philadelphia and Harrisburg and includes 1,600 employees and 125 partners.
He was admitted to the partnership in 1994, and in the late 1990s, Ed and his family spent two years in Paris, France, where he assisted several European companies in raising capital in the United States.
Ed is actively engaged in many civic activities throughout the Greater Philadelphia region including serving in significant leadership roles on several prominent Boards including:
- Committee of Seventy
- United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey
- Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce
- The Greater Philadelphia CEO Council for Growth
- Elizabethtown College
- The Kimmel Center
- The Barnes Foundation
- Drexel University Center for Corporate Governance
Additionally, Ed is a member of Manufacturers’ Golf and Country Club, Caves Valley Golf Club, Hidden Creek Golf Club, The Union League of Philadelphia, The Pennsylvania Society and The Sunday Breakfast Club.
Ed holds a B.S. in Accounting from Elizabethtown College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife Deb live in Worcester Township and have two daughters, Emily and Rachel. Ed’s hobbies include golf, travel, the Phillies and Eagles and collecting wines.
