Robert is the Chief Financial Officer of Public Financial Management (PFM). PFM is the leading financial services firm providing advisory services to government and non-profit entities in the United States. PFM has more than $80 billion in assets under management and advisement and serves several thousand governmental and nonprofit clients throughout the nation. Robert's responsibilities include financial management, financial planning and analysis, risk management, treasury and finance, business development, M&A, and strategic planning. For the last 20 years Robert has built and grown businesses for both large and small, and public and private organizations. He has extensive experience in business strategy, financial management, investment management, risk management, capital markets and organizational development with organizations such as Sciens' Fund Management, European Financial Realty, FleetBoston, CoreStates Bank, JP Morgan and Ernst and Young.
Robert has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Finance from Drexel University. Robert has participated on and held both leadership and individual contributor positions on the following committees with public and private companies: Finance Committee, ALCO (Asset and Liability Management Committee), Strategic Planning Committee, Corporate Diversity Committee, Investment Committee, Operations Risk Committee and Compensation Committee.
Robert was a frequent presenter at national and international conferences on industry developments, economic developments, financial engineering, and business strategy. Robert has a long standing passion and board memberships for professional, social and philanthropic organizations.
