Enter your mom to be written into a song! Give the gift of art for Mother’s Day - FREE!

Posted by:  Kimmel Cultural Campus on April 28, 2020

Three lucky moms will be selected to receive a gift to cherish forever- their story in a song- this Mother’s Day!

Share what makes your mom (or any mom you love) so special and they may be selected to have a personalized, one-of-a-kind song written and recorded, just for them, by one of the talented artists from Kimmel Center’s Artist Residency programs.  Your submission will be used as inspiration for these original songs.

Enter here via Facebook, Instagram, or email through May 3.

Just in time to surprise mom on Mother’s Day, the song will be delivered to the respective nominators by May 9.  It’s the perfect social distance-style celebration!

“Kimmel’s Music for Mom” artists include Kimmel Cultural Campus’ Jazz and/or Theater Residency artists – Dane Terry, multimedia storymaker, performer, and composer; critically-acclaimed cabarettist Molly Pope and orchestrator/arranger Matt Aument; and Ruth Naomi Floyd, vocalist and composer.
