Standby line
If you were unable to reserve free tickets to the screening there will be a standby line formed outside the Perelman Theater starting at 6:00pm. If there are open seats at the start time, those in line will be seated first come first serve at that time. Entry from the standby line is not guaranteed.
The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and WHYY will host an evening celebrating the Tony Award®- and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Hamilton featuring critically-acclaimed actor and singer Leslie Odom Jr. Guests will enjoy a free* screening of an excerpt from Hamilton’s America, the new PBS exclusive documentary about the making of the show, followed by a conversation with the Hamilton star and WHYY’s Theatre Critic Howie Shapiro.
