Matt Polzin, bartender extraordinaire at Olde City’s Olde Bar, is bringing four classic cocktails perfect for summer to the Summer School schedule. Join the celebrated mixologist when he leads guests in a hands-on cocktail making class focusing on classic, shaken drinks. Polzin will teach guests the Daisy, Corpse Reviver, Clover Club and Gimlet. While students prepare their own drinks, Polzin will discuss the spirits used in each, history of the cocktail and provide an in-depth how-to on making each of them. He will also explore subtle variations that could be experimented with at home. Light bites will be served.
