No doubt about it, Mexican food is one of the most popular foods in the United States. So if you are you mad about Mexican, then get ready for a fantastic class led by Chef Aedo Rufino of Distrito in Moorestown, NJ. Chef Rufino’s class will feature an array of traditional Mexican dishes that showcase the extensive regional varieties of Mexican cuisine and culture. At this class, students will learn to make: Two types of Salsa (salsa verde and salsa Mexicana); Shrimp Ceviche; Esquites (Mexican corn salad); Corn Tamales and Mole; plus Churros for dessert.
