Philadelphia-native Justin Bogle started his career working with Chef Jose Garces at Alma de Cuba 12 years ago. He has since spent time between his hometown and New York City where he became the youngest chef to earn 2 Michelin stars at the age of 28. His experience as a chef is far-reaching and his talent widely celebrated. Join Chef Bogle when he returns to Philadelphia for an evening of hands-on pasta making. He will lead students in the making and preparation of four handmade pastas. Currently, in his role as Corporate Executive Chef for Garces, Chef Bogle guides menu development and provides ongoing culinary support to restaurants throughout the group. He is also serving as the Chef de Cuisine for the launch of Amada in NYC.
