Soup lovers, rejoice! Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean you can't get your soup fix! Join Chef Michael O’Meara of JG Domestic for a hands-on tutorial in seasonal soup making. Chef O’Meara will lead guests in a class that focuses on the Andalusian specialty of gazpacho - now an international favorite. Students will prepare all of the components for a menu that includes: Traditional Gazpacho; Strawberry Gazpacho; White Gazpacho: plus a bonus Tortilla Soup served alongside Chilango Chop Salad with grilled chicken and shrimp.
