Join the Philadelphia Young Artists Orchestra (PYAO) led by Maestra Rosalind Erwin in the Kimmel Center’s Perelman Theater. The orchestra will begin with the Overture to Die Fledermaus, from one of J. Strauss’s best known, farcical operettas. The program continues with Russian composer Alexander Borodin’s Polovtsian Dances, from his opera Prince Igor. The orchestra ends the concert with the joyous and festive Symphony No. 8 byDvořák.
