What can the Merriam Theater be to all Philadelphians?
Join the Kimmel Center in building a vision to reimagine the Merriam Theater. This vision will pay homage to its history, reflect the City of Philadelphia, and secure the Merriam’s place at the heart of an evolving and exciting performing arts campus. The Center wants to engage you in public conversations to bridge together real ways to best incorporate the Merriam into the thriving Kimmel Center Cultural Campus, which currently includes the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, the Merriam Theater, and the Academy of Music on South Broad Street along the Avenue of the Arts.
