Broadcaster and author Tavis Smiley presents a live multi-media stage presentation of his New York Times Bestseller, Death of A King: The Real Story of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Final Year, commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the death of the renowned civil rights leader, sponsored by Walmart. Jazz pianist, Marcus Roberts, accompanies Smiley with a live original score to illustrate the poignant story of Dr. King’s final year and his enduring legacy as a voice for equality in our nation.
