Our January concert again celebrates the music of George Gershwin, the composer who can be credited with bringing jazz rhythms into the concert hall. Acclaimed British piano virtuoso Peter Donohoe returns to dazzle us anew with his keyboard brilliance as he performs Gershwin’s famous piano works on a Bösendorfer Imperial Grand Piano. The program will feature both the Rhapsody in Blue and the Second Rhapsody, which has only recently begun to receive the acclaim it deserves. Other works will include Variations on "I Got Rhythm", Cuban Overture, and others. This ever-popular January concert regularly sells out. Order your tickets early!
