Temple University Symphony Orchestra and Choirs
Honoring Ann Ziff with the Boyer College Tribute Award
Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance, a leader in preparing students for careers as performers, educators, composers and researchers, presents its 19th Annual Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts Concert. The three-time Grammy nominated Temple University Symphony Orchestra, renowned for its performance of both traditional symphonies and modern masterpieces, performs STRAUSS’ Suite from Der Rosenkavalier, Op. 59, under the baton of Andreas Delfs. The orchestra is joined by five of Temple University’s acclaimed choirs for a performance of POULENC’s Gloria, led by Paul Rardin.
This year, we are pleased to honor Ann Ziff with the 2020 Boyer College Tribute Award for her enduring dedication and support for the performing arts and mentorship of young people.
