The Sphinx Virtuosi debuts on our series with a program of music by American composers. Comprising 18 of the nation’s top Black and Latinx classical soloists, the Virtuosi are primarily alumni of the internationally renowned Sphinx Competition. “The Sphinx Virtuosi are first-rate in every way,” raved a New York Times critic.
