SAY “I DO” WITH GARCES EVENTS AT KIMMEL CENTER’S HAMILTON ROOFTOP GARDEN

Philadelphia, PA (August 13, 2019) – Garces Events and the Kimmel Center Cultural Campus are excited to invite five lucky couples to experience “Vows with a View,” an intimate and all-inclusive elopement/vow renewal package on Saturday, September 28th 2019 at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts’ Hamilton Rooftop Garden, voted “Best of Weddings, 2019” by The Knot. For a modern way to say “I do,” this elopement package is a one-day-only event for friends and family to toast to the newlyweds with bubbles and bites from the award-winning Garces Catering team while overlooking the Avenue of the Arts.
- Venue—The Kimmel Center Cultural Campus will host five couples at the Hamilton Rooftop Garden for two-hour increments with time slots of 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm. The venue includes microphone and sound equipment with mahogany chivari chairs and ivory cushions.
- Champagne and Light Bites—Garces Events brings the award-winning cuisine to this modern-day wedding with a champagne toast and sweet & savory dishes, including Shrimp & Chorizo Brochettes, Serrano Ham Wrapped Figs, Herb Marinated Cherry Tomatoes, Dark Chocolate Bouchons, and Lemon Merengue Tarlets.
- Photographer – Photographer Afrik Armando will be capturing memorable moments & providing each couple with 50 digital high-res images to remember their big day.
- Florist – Ram Floral will be decorating the ceremony with neutral ceremony décor, one petite floral bouquet, and one white boutonnière.
- Officiant—Monica Walsh of Vaux Studio will be the officiant.
- Vow Booklet—A Personalized Vow booklet by Willow Wynn will be given to each couple for the exchange of vows.
- Gift Card—Couples will receive a $150 gift card in celebration of their big day, valid for use at any Garces restaurant.
*Pricing is $2,000 for 10am, 12pm, and 2pm time slots, and $2,500 for 4pm and 6pm time slots. A maximum of 20 guests can be accommodated per ceremony. Spaces can be booked by calling 215-670-2354 or emailing Gina.Rio@GarcesGroup.com.
