By entering or participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Kimmel Center, Inc. and Garces Events, which are final and binding in all respects. Any violation of these Official Rules by a winner will result in such winner’s disqualification.

Kimmel Center, Inc. and Garces Events are conducting the Mamma Mia! Wedding Sweepstakes, which includes the following components:
- A wedding ceremony and reception for 100 guests in the Hamilton Garden of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, February 11th, 2017 from 5:30 pm – 11 pm.
- Wedding Stationery Suite provided by Paper Rock Scissors. Value: $1,500
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: Couple must make final selection no later than December 30th 2016 and have guest list prepared by this date. Wedding Stationery Suite includes Invitation Card, Response Card with Envelope, Outer Mailing Envelope with Envelope Liner, Guest Addressing on Wedding Invitations, Thank You Notes with blank envelopes, and Place Cards. Invitation Suite will be flat printed; any substitutions, printing or embellishment upgrades, or metallic print will incur out-of-pocket cost. Couple is responsible for all postage and mailing costs associated with the invitations.
- David’s Bridal gift card. Value: $1,200
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: The gift card is not valid for online purchases and cannot be used for alterations services.
- Tuxedos provided by Men’s Wearhouse: Value $1,000
- One room at Philadelphia luxury hotel on February 11th, 2017. Value: $352
- Bride’s floral bouquet, boutonnieres, arrangements, and ceremony pieces provided by Petal Lane. Value: $5,076
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: Final details must be finalized by January 30th, 2017 and any additional items would be additional costs.
- Videography provided by CinemaCake. Value: $5,000
- Includes the following: Two cinematographers for up to 8 contiguous hours on site, capturing the natural sounds, stunning visuals and voiceovers that will tell your story. Short CinemaCake Feature Film, crafted by our team of CinemaCake artists, OutCakes (the bloopers reel), online, interactive delivery, allowing friends and family around the world to enjoy the feel of Blu-ray menus and eliminate the hassle of discs, drives, and other delivery methods (download available).
- Table and glassware provided by Party Rental. Value: $3,000
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: Garces Events and Party Rental Ltd. must approve any upgrades.
- DJ entertainment provided by EBE Events & Entertainment. Value: $1,000
- Photography provided by Campli Photography. Value: $4,000
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: This package does not include any printed albums or prints, which are available at regular studio rates.
- Insomnia Cookies favor boxes provided by Insomnia Cookies. Value: $400
- Open-Air Photobooth Experience provided by Bow Tie Photobooth by S. Kuzma Photography. Value: $1,050
- Special conditions and/or exclusions: text message delivery, live photo slideshow, & guestbook are extra items that can be purchased by the event or client. Client has the choice of 4 different backdrops.
- Officiant services provided by Journeys of the Heart Non-denominational Ceremony Officiants. Value: $845
- Two tickets to the December 27th, 2016 7:30 performance of Mamma Mia! – The Musical. Value: $184
- Total cash value for the prize is $57,607
Winners may use the officiant provided or one of their choosing at their own expense.
Travel expenses, all costs and expenses not listed above, and applicable sales and income taxes and gratuities are excluded, and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Entrants must submit a brief explanation of why they should win the prize, which can be done one of three ways:
- Uploading a 30-second video posted to either Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #MiaWeddingPHL [please note Instagram and Twitter accounts must be set to public.]; or
- Posting a comment on related posts on the Kimmel Center’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/kimmelcenterphilly); or
- Emailing a short essay and personal photo of the submitting couple to weddinggiveaway@kimmelcenter.org
Kimmel Center, Inc. and Garces Events shall have no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or computer systems, online systems, servers, websites, email or technical failures of any sort.
All entries must be received by December 21st, 2016 11:59pm EST.
Three finalists will be selected by a random drawing of eligible entries and notified on December 22nd, 2016.
All finalists are required to attend the December 27th, 2016 7:30pm performance of Mamma Mia! – The Musical at the Merriam Theater to accept the prize, if selected as the winner.
The winner will be publically announced at the December 27th, 2016 7:30pm performance of Mamma Mia! – The Musical at the Merriam Theater.
The winner will also be posted on kimmelcenter.org/WEDDINGGIVEAWAY
Absolutely no substitutions, transfers assignments or cash equivalents of the prize are available to the winner except at the sole discretion of the Kimmel Center and Garces Events. If for any reason any part of the prize is unavailable or for any other reason, Kimmel Center, Inc. and Garces Events reserve the right to modify the prize in its sole discretion and award a substitute of comparable or greater value.
In the event of a cancellation due to weather or any other reason outside of the parties’ reasonable control, rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of Kimmel Center, Inc. and Garces Events.
Odds of winning are determined by the number of entries.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Winner will be selected regardless of age, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
Employees of Kimmel Center, Inc., Garces Events, and their subsidiaries, are not eligible.
One entry per couple.
Non-transferable.
All entries are subject to promotional use by Kimmel Center, Inc., Garces Events, and WPVI including, but not limited to, websites, social media, TV, print, radio, including video and photography of the wedding event.
