The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia
The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia works with local youth-oriented music organizations to reinforce the beauty and intrinsic value of great music among interested young people and their families. This is achieved through specially arranged group outings to Chamber Orchestra performances and rehearsals, opportunities to meet in small groups with members of the orchestra and guest artists, pre- and post-concert lectures and other individually tailored programs.

Opera Philadelphia
The mission of the Sounds of Learning program is to support the long-term educational objectives of Opera Philadelphia. The program goal is to encourage arts-integrated literacy development by having students read and act out the opera libretti in their schools. Teachers integrate the reading of the libretti into the humanities and sciences curricula. After four to six weeks of creative class work, students attend a dress rehearsal as a culmination.
