One Book One Philadelphia Program

The city that reads together…

The Kimmel Center is proud to join the Free Library of Philadelphia to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the “One Book, One Philadelphia” program with this year’s selection, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

Encouraging the entire city to commit to reading the same book, the One Book program will foster a sense of community and understanding of the material through “classes, discussion groups, projects, art installations, films, performances, and other activities in schools” across Philadelphia January 25th through March 23rd.

One such event will be the Broadway Philadelphia run of the stage adaptation of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-TimeFebruary 28th – March 5that the Kimmel Center’s Academy of Music.
