Official Ticket Outlet
Ticket Philadelphia, a division of the Kimmel Center, is the only authorized outlet for individual tickets for shows presented at the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music and the Merriam Theater. We urge patrons to purchase tickets only through www.kimmelcenter.org, www.ticketphiladelphia.org, www.academyofmusic.org or the official websites of our Resident Companies. Tickets purchased from other sources are purchased at your own risk. Many unauthorized ticket sellers use website names that are similar to our website or even include the names of our various venues. These websites are not authorized to sell tickets to events in our venues. By purchasing only through our official outlets, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and is being sold to you at face value.
When you buy from someone other than our official outlets:
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine and you may be denied entrance to the show.
- You almost always will pay more than face value.
- You may unknowingly purchase a limited view seat
- We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
- We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes, road closures or traffic updates, upcoming shows or other useful information.
- You are supporting businesses that make it harder for true fans to see their favorite performers without paying a premium charge.
All Sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. This ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as TICKET PHILADELPHIA. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the Order Confirmation, credit card used in the purchase and proper photo identification.
Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage of www.kimmelcenter.org.
Please note: Kimmel Center Presents and Broadway performances are not recommended for children under 6 years of age, with the exception of programs specifically noted as Family Friendly. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff.
Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.
