Ticket Limits

Ensemble Arts Philly limits the amount of tickets purchased per household to a maximum of nine tickets and one performance per engagement, except where specified otherwise. Ensemble Arts Philly reserves the right to return and refund tickets in excess of the maximum without notice, minus ticket fees.  There may be per-order ticket limits established by concert promoters or show producers for some events. These limits will appear on the specific event page and must be adhered to.

Obstructed and Limited View Seat Policy

When applicable, one or more seats in your order is a limited or obstructed view. Depending upon the particular seat and show this can result in an inability to see the complete stage. It is not possible for us to judge what portion of the stage you will not see because this varies for every show and is also affected by your height and the height of those patrons in front of you. Some patrons are willing to accept these limitations and are not bothered by them.

Limited or Obstructed View seats can be labeled in the cart with the following descriptions: Obstructed View, Limited View, Limited Comfort, Limited Comfort/Obstructed View and Obstructed View Column. These descriptions will be clearly labeled under the assigned seat on the cart page, payment and delivery page, confirmation page, and confirmation email.

Booking Protect

Ensemble Arts Philly has partnered with Booking Protect to provide you peace of mind with your ticket purchase. We recommend adding Booking Protect to your order, as without it all tickets are non-refundable.

Booking Protect costs just 7% of your pre-tax order total and allows you to apply for a full refund should you or anyone in your party be unable to attend due to a qualifying reason such as: contracting coronavirus (with doctor's note), a family member contracting coronavirus (with doctor's note), being high-risk with the advice of a doctor not to attend (with doctor's note), other illness, family emergency, or inclement weather. Full details here.

Claim a refund up to 45 days after your performance date through a simple process exclusively on the Booking Protect website. By adding Booking Protect to your order, you are agreeing to their Terms of Service (view terms of service here).
