Garces Summer School: Paella Party

The Spanish rice-based dish known as paella can take many forms. The Valencian specialty has ancient roots and is one of Spain’s most celebrated foods. Join Chef Steve Kim of Tinto for a multi-course menu culminating in the making of Chef Jose Garces’ famous Paella Valenciana featuring chicken, chorizo, artichoke and tomato salad with saffron aÏoli. The dish has been a staple of the Amada menu since opening 11 years ago and Chef Kim will lead guests as they make two, crowd-pleasing, small plates first - tomato boca and a tuna tartare boca – followed by the legendary chicken paella.
