Spain’s Basque region is home to some of the country’s most celebrated food and drink. Join Chef Guillermo “Memo” Pozos, Chef de Cuisine at Tinto and Village Whiskey, for an evening of delectable Bites from Spain’s Basque region including: Verdoza Salad (baby lettuce roasted garlic Pedro Ximenez vinegar shaved mahon cheese); Crab Montadito (jumbo lump crab espelette chile, avocado tomato fresca); Chicken Brochettes (garbanzo bean pure grapes, truffle chicken jus); Gambas Ala Planxa (shrimp, chorizo tomato, espelette glaze lemon aioli); and Fedeua De Mariscos (baked fideos, prawns, cockles, mussels, lobster saffron).
