About Liz Filios: Liz is a Philadelphia-based actor, musician and teaching artist. She has acted, composed, music directed and/or sound designed for the Arden Theatre, Wilma Theatre, Walnut Street Theatre, Theatre Horizon and Chicago Shakespeare Theatre. Other recent credits include Red Velvet (Lantern Theater), The Ice Princess (Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival), The Matchmaker (People's Light) and As You Like It (Delaware Shakespeare Community Tour). Liz was also a writer and co-host of The Sunny Side Up Show on Sprout.
The Kimmel Center is the recipient of partnership funding through the nationally recognized PNC "Grow Up Great" program, a $350 million, multi-year initiative to help prepare children from birth to age five for success in school and life. Grow Up Great programs are held monthly in Commonwealth Plaza.
