FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Philadelphia, PA, September 9, 2019) –The Kimmel Center Cultural Campus, in association with AEG, presents the outlandishly entertaining McElroy Brothers in Verizon Hall on Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., to record a live podcast episode of their hit advice show for the modern era, My Brother, My Brother and Me, as part of their Become The Monster Tour. Join Justin, Travis and Griffin McElroy as they take audience questions, and the questions on Yahoo! Answers, and turn them, alchemy-like, in to wisdom, right before your eyes.

 

“The McElroy Brothers have launched their penchant for antics into wildly successful careers in show business,” said Ed Cambron, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. “Our Cultural Campus challenges the borders of ‘art’, bringing comedy and speakers to the stage regularly. We’re excited to host this podcast for the first time, offering exclusivity and an up-close-and-personal experience for Philadelphia audiences.”

 

The hit podcast My Brother, My Brother and Me was launched as a TV series on the NBC streaming app, Seeso, and is now available on Google Play, VRV, and iTunes, where it was the #1 downloaded series when it was released there, nearly a year after the show’s initial launch. The first story arc of their RPG podcast The Adventure Zone was adapted into a graphic novel and hit #1 on the New York Times Bestsellers Paperback list when it debuted. The second comes out in July.
